GREAT Day! I know its been a minute since I've sat down to let you all know what has been going on in the World of Tastetasies, well guess what? An idea hit me out of the blue and I went with it. Tastetasies Presents: Umi's Daughter. In honor of my late Mother,

Faye E. Roberts, affectionally known as "Umi". We are now offering fresh pressed juices, slow brewed herbal teas and flavored sea moss. My Mom was always my biggest FAN and told me on many occasions how proud of me she was. So I know this would have her "tickled pink." To keep my spirits up when the thoughts of her flood my mind, I find different ways to honor my Mom and this by far has been the best. On my journey to get healthy and be the best that I can be, I'm using myself as the guinea pig, so please rest assured that every drink, tea and sea moss flavor, I test, taste, and tweak, in that order, as many times as necessary to get the recipe right. My goal is to help myself, while helping others. This is just the beginning and the sky is limit! Remember a couple of post ago, where I told you all about being prepared to PIVOT when necessaryw?
